Very disappointing experience. I found this mechanic through a local Facebook group to help a young buyer have my 20-year-old car inspected before she purchased it. The car is not expensive & the buyer already knew about its age and existing issues. During the inspection, the mechanic accidentally changed a setting (for map/directions) that I could not turn off & required us to return to the mechanic. (I offered her a ride home so she didn't have to uber) this issue was 100% his fault and has never been an issue because we haven't used the maps/directions feature since 2012! The mechanic later advised her not to buy the car, and she backed out of the sale. I understand that a mechanic should be honest, but the entire experience felt unprofessional and unnecessarily alarmist. I would not recommend this shop!

I'm from out of town and my truck broke down on the side of the highway in the construction zone in rush hour traffic. I was barely off the road and in a real bind to not get hit and with being hours from anyone that could help. I was lucky enough that it was directly below this shop. I walked up at 4:56 and the owner was under the hood of a vehicle trying to get finished and leave at 5 to pick up his kids. I told him the bind I was in and took a minute to get my some supplies and a part I needed, and told me what to do to hopefully get back going. It all worked and I got out of there and made it back. I was so thankful for his help and the extra time and money he saved me. I would trust this shop with anything needed.

I had a great first experience at N-Tune today when I took my car for an oil change. I'd been going to a well known local tire place with many locations but was unhappy with the customer service and prices. The folks at N-Tune could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The other place had starting pushing me for new tires months ago, but the employee who helped me at N-Tune said I'm good for a 8-10 more months and even looked up a few tire options to help me think through how much to budget in the meantime. I'll definitely be back!

I never write reviews but have to show love for the folks at N-Tune Automotive. Not only do they go great work, but they're honest, trustworthy, and friendly. It's wonderful to have a local mechanic you can count on every time.

I brought my car in on 12/31 due to grinding and whistling when I would brake. They called me after I dropped off my vehicle said it was about $600 for the front brakes. I thought that was an ok price and proceeded to also add on an oxygen sensor repair. They called me back after about 2 1/2 hours saying that my vehicle was ready (mind u they initially had told me they likely wouldn't work on it that day...which it was a holiday so I understood). I picked up the vehicle and almost immediately heard the whistling again. A few days later the grinding again. I finally called in March and they told me to bring the car in...now says it's the rear brakes and charges me $1,300?!? Well...guess what? That was March 24th and my car continues to squeal/whistle when pressing the brakes and continues to grind. I really wanted to give these folks the a chance, but the level of incompetence is insane to me. Or maybe they saw a female and just wanted to take my money. Well they did...but they also lost what could have been a loyal customer with multiple vehicles. I have an appointment next week at another place. I would avoid this place at all costs!
